Our Peer-to-Peer Educational Program

Continuing on the Journey.....Partnering

Working in conjunction with school nurses and counselors, Webtorium Health has developed a peer-to-peer Youth Health Buddy Program to help promote social health awareness among the youth. Our program is a brief 60-minute-audience engaging presentation, that highlights the historical, biologoical and sociocultural aspects of current global health choices.  It focuses on providing a mindful and critical perspective on historical and social traditions, and how they influence current inequalities that shape global health and wellness.  Students gain valuable insight, participate in interactive group activities, and group discussions.  

Our premise for success rests upon our credo “for the youth, by the youth”.  Our training manual is provided to students and community members, enabling them to facilitate the presentations in their local communities, and schools while promoting peer-to-peer relationships and trust.
